Yes, I'm a cheese. And just think, I could be writing a 4-page paper on kidney stones right now. So sad.
Well, my hands are in no way world class, but here are the most basic of the basics that a SCAD prof (Paul Hudson!) taught me. It works for me and these are the basic shapes I draw to start eeeevery hand picture. Thank you to everyone who has left sweet comments about the way I draw hands  Yes, and if you're looking for SEXALICIOUS hands, check out Alphonse Mucha's work. Trust me, if you don't know who he is, Google him up. Absolutely gorgeous work. He was a major source of inspiration to me two and three years ago, when I was trying to figure out how to draw hands for myself. |
